This is our take on the classic blend, which has endured for hundreds of years since the Dutch East India Company first carried coffee seeds from Yemen’s Red Sea port of Mocha to the Dutch colony of Java in Indonesia. The Dutch understood early on that the high acidity of Mocha coffee paired well with the muted, heavy-bodied Java coffee.
